Key expert 1: Project leader
General
o University degree in natural or relevant biotechnical sciences; 
o Minimum of ten (10) years of working experience in nature protection or biodiversity inventory;
o Experience as project leader in at least seven (7) biodiversity/ecosystems inventory projects;
Adequacy for assignment
o Experience in project management and coordination (projects with at least seven team members);
o Experience in project management, organisation and conducting of field surveys for related biodiversity mapping of the concerned taxonomic group;
o Experience in organisation of field surveys for large areas (i.e. country, regions, etc.) is considered an advantage;
Experience in region and language
o Detailed and direct knowledge of habitats types and on species of interest occurring in Croatia through years of professional work is considered as advantage;
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory;
o Spoken and written communication skills in Croatian are considered as advantage.

(Key biodiversity inventory expert for Actinopterigii and  Cephalaspidomorphi, Key biodiversity inventory expert for   Amphibia and Reptilia, Key biodiversity inventory expert for Aves, Key biodiversity inventory expert for Chiroptera, Key biodiversity  inventory expert for Decapoda, Key biodiversity inventory expert for Lepidoptera, Key biodiversity inventory expert for Odonata, Key biodiversity inventory expert for Plecoptera, Key biodiversity inventory expert for Trichoptera)
