• Very strong experience in IT projects preparation, drafting of technical specifications and preparation of international tender dossiers in line with standard EU procedures, preparation of Evaluation Reports; supervision of the implementation of supply contracts
• Extensive experience in the development, implementation, management of E-business platforms  (e-learning, e-government, e-health, e-forecasting, e-knowledge management).

• Broad experience in project management in her over 15 years of experience holding Key positions in major Greek Consulting Companies and through their work she gained:
• Knowledge and experience with the administration procedures of the European Commission, especially with regards to technical assistance to programs
• Technical assistance to Public authorities, Private institutions in Greece and abroad for project implementation
• Coordination and supervision of multi-disciplinary teams of partners
• Considerable experience in management and Institutional Building,
• Strong Communication/Networking/Leadership/Managerial and Training Skills
• Extensive experience and know how in Monitoring, Evaluation, Auditing
