Project description:
The general objective of the project consists in increasing the life quality for the Romania-Serbia border population by strengthening the institutional and technical management capacity in case of disaster and response in emergency situations by using a software application accessible for both parties, which will include an Emergency Management System application. The development and implementation of the integrated information system consists in two separate components working together: software, hardware. Also, in order to develop the monitoring and intervention infrastructure in case of emergency at the level of both partners both aerial vehicles (UAVs) and land vehicle will be purchased. The contract's main objective is the purchase of an integrated information system together with other necessary supply to achieve the project's objective.
Technical criteria:
The tenderer has delivered supplies under at least one contract with a budget of at least 1 000 000 EUR, in the field of developing and implementing an informatics system and the monitoring and intervention infrastructure used for emergency situations management, which were implemented during the following period: 3 years from the submission deadline
